Religion. Free doom of worship is upheld. But it is predominantly Christian 84% of both Roman Catholic and Protestant sects. Muslims are 9.%, others are Hindu and atheist.

Lunch dishes are comparable to supper dishes.
Ugali with vegetables, meat, fish, or milk stews are offered in many households as heavy metals.
Variations and cuisines from different regions are also available.
Fish is a staple food for the Luo, music (sour milk) is popular among the Kalenjin, Irish potatoes are popular among the Kikuyu, banana is popular among the Kisii, and ugali is popular among the Luhya in western Kenya.
