With Sultana season 2 already reportedly in the works, snippets of the new show that will replace it has been shared online.
The new show is called Becky, and like Sultana, Zora and Maria, it is also produced by Jiffy Pictures, a film company that is owned by Citizen TVs Rashid Abdalla and his wife Lulu Hasaan.
Even though the details of the show are still scanty, it will be about a lady (Becky) who goes through a rollercoaster of emotions.
Becky is actually played by Kenyan actress Lucy Maina, someone who is arguably among the new talents in the media industry.
Here are some of her photos from her social media platforms.
Aside from her, one of the other cast of the new show includes Mombasa-based socialite Trisha Khalid, who also featured in Maisha Magic’s Kovu series.
Another actress who has confirmed that she will be in the show include Chantelle, who is also the baby mama of renowned cinematographer J Blessing.
She is famous for releasing the hit song dubbed Tokelezea, and has also featured in the hit series Lies That Bind.
